Weekend edition: Sending you off with three gold nuggets

Alright Alienwarers (did I spell that right?). Before I send you off to what I hope is an epic weekend of life, liberty, and games, I got three things for you:

  1. The trailer for the first Amnesia sequel is out. In all honesty, this thing looks scarier than the original. It's scored by these terrifying horns. And the antagonist is the same pig man that once haunted Kramer, only more so. Game drops this fall. 
  2. When PC games look like crap. Here's a funny thread of PC games intentionally played at the lowest setting for comedic effect. Why? Because we can. Surprisingly, games such as Mass Effect and Crysis 2 don't look half bad. 
  3. Add this song to your playlist this weekend. It'll make you want to lift a thousand pounds. Frag 1000 opponents. Code for 10 hours straight. And even dance a little. Pretty impressive.

graphics on games have gotten so good that sometimes i don't even notice that it's on the lowest setting. unless someone told me to look closely at the anti aliasing, I probably wouldn't care or notice.

Yeah, there doesn't seem to be that much of a drop off in graphics.

Haha second here!
I'm excited for the game but in a city and wider area, it seems challenging to create a scary atmosphere unlike close corners the original specializes.

I've lived with low graphics for the majority of my life so I'm always used to it plus the graphics on low still look amazing for Diablo 3. But now I recently upgraded, and enjoying the graphics.
