1) Simply click on the "Register" button to create a team and you will be prompted to login, or create a new account, if you aren't already logged in. 

2) Once you are logged in, select the Division and Conference (if applicable) that your team will be participating in.

3) Select "Create Team" and fill in the team information.

Once you have created your team, you can invite people to your team through the "Invite Player" function on your team page, or provide your players the team password that they can use to join your team.

If you want to join an existing team, there are several paths you can take:

1) Find the team's page and click on "Join Team" and enter the team's password.

2) Ask the team's Captain, or Assistant Captain (A-Captain), to send you a team invitation via email.

3) Click on "Register" and instead of creating a new team, find the team you want to join and enter the team's password.
