For the Howiepalooza CS:S tournament we will be running the CEVO rule set modified for Howie's Game Shack LAN play.

Server launch options: +sv_lan 1 -tickrate 100

Client Side Combo Configuration File - http://lans.howies.com/files/howiepalooza/css/client/combo.cfg

Competitors will be playing on Howie's Game Shack computers, each with identical software and hardware:

- Intel Core 2 Dueo E4600 @ 2.40GHz
- 2GB of RAM
- Nvidia EVGA GeForce 8800 GT

We encourage competitors to bring their own equipment, but do not support any hardware beyond those provide by Howie's Game Shack. Competitors will not be allowed to install any software such as drivers or tools required for hardware to function.
