Registration closes when all slots are full or on March 27th, whichever comes first.

LAN Preliminary Phase

The LAN Preliminary Phase will be played entirely on Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28, starting at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and continuing until 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time or all assigned Matches in the bracket are completed for each day, which may be later.

The top Player will advance to the Championship Phase.

Online Preliminary Phase  

 For the Online Preliminary Phase, players must use the communication tools available through the Alienware Arena control panel to negotiate their exact Match time, which can be any day and time as long as it is completed prior to the deadline day. Only communication through the website will be considered genuine and accepted by tournament Officials. 

If Players cannot agree on a Match time by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the day prior to the deadline day, then Officials will set the default time according to the Schedule in the following section. If a Player cannot play at all potential default times then they should not enter the Tournament.

Match 1 Deadline: Thursday, April 1 - Coalition Ship Yard

Match 2 Deadline: Thursday, April 8 - Clarke Training Center
Match 3 Deadline: Monday, April 12 - Markon Bridge
Match 4 Deadline: Thursday, April 15 - Spring Duel
Match 5 Deadline: Monday, April 19 - Coalition Ship Yard
Match 6 Deadline: Thursday, April 22 - Clarke Training Center

4.2.1 Default Times:
The default time for your match is determined by the bracket group you are assigned. Please below for your default match time. Again default times are only used if teams cannot agree to a match time by 11:59 p.m. PST the day prior to the deadline day.
4.2.1.1 Group A:
Is comprised of players from the Pacific and Mountain conferences. The Default Time for Group A is 9:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on deadline day.
4.2.1.2 Group B:
Is comprised of players from the Central and Eastern conferences. The Default Time for Group B is 9:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on deadline day.
4.2.1.3 Group C:
Is comprised of players from the Eastern conference. The Default Time for Group C is 9:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on deadline day.

The top Player from each group (3 total) will advance to the Championship Phase

Championship Phase

The Championship Phase will be played entirely on Sunday, April 25, starting at approximately 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time and continuing until all Matches in the bracket are completed, which may be as late as 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time or later.
