Have you guys ever wanted to play VS COOP? As in, we all play as Infected and the BOTS just play as Survivor. I always found that extremely fun to play the other side and kill the Survivors. The Infected is even more fun than the Survivors. Although it is slightly easier, you have to coordinate a lot of teamwork to effectively kill the Survivors. But if you have more than 4 people, VS could work as well.

That actually sounds like it could be a lot of fun. We may have to try that Wiki.

if it's more than 4 people, you can just play VS and have some friendly competition. However, it if's 4 or less and you all just want to beat up the AI Survivors, then you'll need to get Custom Mutations on your L4D2, meaning, you need to install the Custom Mutations mod. The reason for this is that you cannot play VS against only the computers unless it's modded. There are a lot of other custom Mutations, which some are extremely fun and others are ridiculously difficult. You're more than welcome to try them all out if you wish. It expands the game drastically.

Here is a link to the forum thread for more information. I highly recommend you to download the EXE file as it'll just auto install it all. By installing it, it will drastically change your L4D2 menus as it will add more Custom Mutation menus. Do note that when you guys play it, the Lobby Host has to make it into a Local Server since Valve doesn't have dedicated servers of custom mutations.

Well I played for 6 or 7 hours this evening. Gargoyle and holeyguy joined us in the first few matches. Ginny only played one game today and then my nephew joined in. He is actually not that bad. Decietfultrama joined in later on for his first match. I gotta tell you, playing with my friends makes this game FUN! I am really enjoying all you guys joining in. It's been a long time since I enjoyed a game this much...and this is definitely the most fun I have had playing online. Looking forward to tomorrow's game.

We had a go on Dead Carnival last night. Had a lot of fun although we need to get a big group of us and play PVP with just Alienware members. It'll keep it friendly and be a good laugh.

I am so glad that you got it... and yeah you owe me one alright. I had a blast playing and talking. Communicating was awesome! Can't wait until we get to do it again. You better practice because I have been. Lol!!

hey im up for a game tonight sometime after i eat some food

I have been having so much fun playing this game with all of our friends. We tried the versus mode and I got my @ss handed to me. I sucked way worse.. Hahaha!! I do however like the Gib fest with the M60. Now that is awesome! I got my new headphones and they sound amazing with the game!

its definatly rewarding when you can get a team together and play difficult games and just have fun and feel accomplished when you finished and are all still friends haha.
