Your diablo 2 experience
How was your D2 experience? Which class did you play and which difficulties have you passed? Did you had any complete item set and which level you were? Only single player or online?
Through all the differences it is still perfection.

I had all characters at one point with the best of the best gear... if I were to list it all i'd be here for a while..so i'll list characters I had godly. I didn't really collect sets.. I kept more to the unique items.. and things to give me an edge on the skills such as GC's and SC's.
Fire PvP sorc.
MF sorc.
MF hammerdin
Uber hammerdin
WW barb.
javazon
wind druid
trap assassin
PNB Necro
some more were decent but these were by far the ones that stood out and destroyed in PVP and/or PVM.

Played a lot of D2, loved the druid but I couldn't get past nightmare level with the way I had him set up. Really enjoyed the level runs.

ahh I can fill yeah in a on a bunch .. lol this calls for a new thread!
man i was hooked plaied for hours on end. loved the cow runs did alot of those. whirlwind and my lightsaber was the shiz
D2 was fun, great experience. Was one of those games where you can really get into it and just spend a ridiculous amount of time playing (Elder Scrolls comes to mind).
Played as all the classes except for the Druid - Paladin and Necromancer were my favourites. Hdin, Zealot, Smiter, Auradin, FoHer, Poison Nec, Bone Nec, Summoner Nec, Lightsorc, Coldsorc, Bowazon, Javazon, Trapsin, Gf Barb are the main ones I can think of. Also had a lot of Barbarian mules.
I think I completed most of the sets at one point or another; I liked Trang-Oul’s since it made you look like a ghoul. Majority of the characters were above level 90, I did have a lvl99 though (not something I would recommend). Little bit of single player but mostly online.

oh i was so awesome at the game i was a smite paladin i was godly had the best equipment you could get in the game

I was a summoner necro and never really got around to do anything hardcore since you can't really farm unless you bot and have engima armor..

I quit for a while because I got banned..
came back probably a year after the banning with nothing to start..
started off with a sorc.
week 1 lvl 80 full tals.
week 3. hammerdin lvl 90 full gear.
it's doable.
what did you get banned for map hack?
I got my toes in the water @$$ in the sand not a worry in the world and a cold beer in my hand

I mainly played online. I used single player to edit a character to see how a build would work out. I played just about every character except for a zon. The only set I really ever used was a Tal Rasha set, other then that I always used uniques and runewords for my end builds.
My d2 experience was amazing. I had every character. I would level them all to max level and gear them up with just about the best gear possible then quit for a long time and come back and start all over.
If violent videos games taught me how to read.Would educational video games teach me how to destroy.
