I have not been able to find any deals myself.  I also cannot find out if I can use TPM / Bitlocker with the M11x.

I'm fairly certain the laptop does not have a TPM chip.  Generally only the enterprise and Precision machines have them.  You can still use Bitlocker, however.  You will need a designated USB flash drive plugged in to act as the code-bearer.  Unplugging the USB drive will render the system in lock down since it no longer has the bitlocker key.  Hope that helps...
