Your thoughts?
I don't really like it too much. The graphics are awesome but the hud drives me crazy. Maybe its just because I haven't played it a lot but I have missed a lot of denies just because the cursor and hud seem weird.

I agree to this, but imo they could have done better graphics, notthing wrong whith what they got, but they could have been improved
Yes they could have more high end graphics. but for those assured qualities takes much more money. hence the game would start to cost and i dont want that. so as good as they get it for free is good for me

I have to agree with you, I hate the cursor. So big. I want a smaller thinner one.
I'm not liking it al all
too complex for new players
No lock screen
unbalanced combat
turrents need a slower fire rate.
and just so much more

Hopefully when they do release the tutorial you might like it. It does have a steep learning curve;however, if you have experience from LoL or other games like it you learn it fast. It is fun once you know the basics. For the lock on screen, it doesn't have that, hopefully valve can put that out. Each hero does seem op however they do have hard counters. And the turrets are just fine. It isnt that fast and the damage taken from them doesn't hurt as much as LoL's turret.

the damage might not be a lot on turrents but with out fast it fires and range it can hurt really bad. And it doesn't matter if you play LoL this game is still really hard to learn.
Cursor and the way the screen moves seems blocky to me other then that i like it. the shop's UI could be cleaned up a bit too, but it isn't that bad.

I would recommend watching professionals play at like joindota or maybe just watch purge gaming on YouTube
ONTOPIC: I like how it turned out animations are a bit "funky" on the heroes but the graphics are nice
While I agree that the current UI is needing a make-over, I find Dota 2's overall art style quite nice. It helps that the characters and their abilities are quite vibrant in colour and stand out a fair bit more than in other games of its kind.
i love the look of dota 2 but they should let the player resize the hud as he likes , because i died often enough because i clicked on the hud while getting chased >.
The new look in dota two looksl much better in my opinion, more details and work has been put into it.
If violent videos games taught me how to read.Would educational video games teach me how to destroy.
