Zealot Charge Vs Speed



At first I thought zealot charge was an awesome addition. The fact that the damage always hits seemed like a good bonus.
Now I'm actually sick of charge.
I played starcraft 1 (lan) and I forgot how fast the old zealots moved. I wish they would bring back the speed and replace the charge.
Anyone feel the same?

I don't play protoss, but I believe that the charge upgrade grants a move speed upgrade to zealots.
Either way protoss being slower than other races is a necessary part of the delicate balance in SC2, if I had to deal with zealots that I couldn't kite early game I don't know what I would do honestly. IMO they are fine as is.

It is backwards! message if you want to play some Gears 3 or SC2!

While i do agree that Charge is a good option i really do miss the ridiculous speed back from StarCraft Brood War

im sorry max your efforts are futile the SC2 Boards will die and you cant do anything about it! now on topic the speed sucks trust me you want charge.

This. I believe the upgrade grants the charge as well as a speed boost when you research it.

i think charge is better then speed because with charge, you can gain distance if they're running away, and who needs speed unless you want to get to ur oponents expo quicker
