Upgrading The Server Bandwidth?!

Could we get a server upgrade for the site bandwidth please?

Any thoughts anyone?!

Yes please! After the fiasco from the Dead Rising giveaway I very much agree. It was infuriating to no end to get 502 errors when refreshing while trying to get a key.

Yesterday is gone and tomorrow never comes!

Definitely, yes! Those two game giveaways were a nightmare as it was! 502 Bad Gateway errors for a whole hour! *Shudder* it was terrible.

Only seems to be a problem when they have a giveaway. They just need to operate the giveaway better to prevent so many people from breaking the site.

I said that too for the giveaways, otherwise it's all ok.

Through all the differences it is still perfection.

The site is hosted on a cloud based solution that automatically ramps up processing power, memory, and bandwidth when needed.

There is a delay in how quickly it can react.

The giveaways generate an absurd amount of traffic in a small amount of time (over 2000 people tried to get them in under 30 seconds). Multiply that by the amount of refreshes a second and you can guess the amount of server strain.
