Can't access ARP

I try to click on the prize I want to put points into, but all I get is a scroll bar across the center of my screen.

How can I fix this?

Well it is possible, you made your account this month, and the prizes are for ARP earned last month, so the ARP you have now would not work for the prizes you are seeing right now.

Or, if you did make the account last month, then click on the prize you want, and enter the amount of ARP you have available.

i made the account awhile back.

i just can't access anything to submit my points. I click on a prize and I get the scroll bar.

Well ARP is recurring, as in each month your usable ARP is set to 0, you always have your life time ARP though, and click on a prize you want and you should see a place to type a number in, type the number in and enter the ARP, although if it is the game that you want, you are not a high enough level to enter ARP for that prize.

Nah I'm trying for the head set.

Maybe I just dont have enough points in general?

I get the same scroll bar when I try to log onto AWA from a secondary computer. I think it could be related to a Java update which appeared yesterday.

For anyone that has had the "scrollbar" issue, what browser and version are you using?

I'm guessing you're using IE, but which version of IE are you using?

ps. To solve the issue immediately, just switch to Chrome/Firefox.

I have noticed the scrollbar too but it's with Internet Explorer 8 or the mobile Internet Explorer that comes on Windows Phones. Internet Explorer 9 works the way it should. I just use Chrome. It's compatible with everything.

Correct guess: it's IE. This is a snapshot from version 9.0.8112.16421 (the logon msg box)
