Koreans best at starcraft?
No, I lived in S. Korea for 3 1/2 years and played tons of koreans. Once you get used to their playing style they arent better than us. Get your shi* straight and lets slam every korean we see in sc2!

Not sure what league you were playing in MaxThunder but theoretically by your observation shouldn't the GSL, MLG, Blizzcon Invitationals ETC. always be Foreinger VS Foreigner instead of Korean VS Korean?
One race is not genetically better in playing Starcraft than another :P When you spend every minute of every day doing something you will by practice become good at it :)
If you count better as spending more time practicing and being better that way, yes. Otherwise, not much. For example Stephano owns their butts and he's from France.
Through all the differences it is still perfection.

A person who spends more time playing Starcraft is expected to be better on average than another person not spending as much time on it.
Korean culture is just more supportive of playing video games for a living. They have been doing it longer anyone else, so almost all the non-korean teams have a lot to catchup on.
