I love Fizz as a AP Assassin! Love the "movebility" and the high dmg even agianst tanks.
Love the way he can dogde everything and I MEAN EVERYTHING! I played him mid last night for the first time and i pretty much ended with a 9.1.7 score agianst a Malz in mid at early

Fizz is an awesome Melee/AP/Nuke. He's just like Leblanc but Melee :)

Looking at champions that Riot lists as assassins, I'd have to go with Pantheon as my favorite. I like his skillset, and how well he counters certain lanes. His ganks are pretty good as well, and his passive makes him tankier than expected. Pulling off good ultimates is also fun.

I love me some Shaco, He may not be the BEST, but he sure is fun to play.

As far as who I think is the best assassin, prolly be Vayne or Kassadin.

And yes Fizz is one mean beast, One of my RL friends only plays Fizz, so I really don't get the chance to.

I would have to side with shacs or blanc as the most annoying of them.

Riot lists him as an assassin. You can check out how they classify each of the champions in the LoL client.

I do agree that labeling him an assassin seems a bit strange, but his ultimate does provide strong map presence and ganks.
