I am pretty sure the UN is worthless.

There won't be any nuclear war. The nations in NATO, Russia and China would not let it happen. The leaders in many of the countries realize what a nuclear war would mean and if it came down to it would do what it took to stop it. North Korea can barely feed their own people, what makes people think they could successfully begin a war campaign?
