Get better ISP. All of them does cost about the same. unless Xplorenet is the only ISP available in your area.

Wow I thought Comcast sucked, that is pretty slow. Are you using cable or DSL?

No laptop. Friend's laptop has an integrated GPU so I can play nothing. Just plain terrible. Haven't played a real game for two weeks now.

It's been 9 business days. IT said it should be around 10-14 business days. Either tomorrow or next week. I hope I get it before the GW2 Beta Weekend. I just wish I could play fun games, stuck with the indie/low graphics ones. Some aren't bad but they just don't compare to the mainstream ones. I'm grateful my friend lent me his for the time being. It's not a good machine but it's better than nothing. Hopefully I get it soon, things haven't been the same without it. Don't plan on buying a new one but I was planning to get an M14x a week ago. Good thing I didn't because now they got the new GPUs. Probably not going to buy a new one until a few years.

It's always been slow I pay for 1mb/s just cause it was cheap and I have never had a dl speed over 177kb/s
