F.A.Q?

Do you think we need a F.A.Q Sub-Forum?

One of the question that seems to be frequently asked, and I'm personally still unsure of the answer as well, is "How well will the battery last if it's left plugged in"

And, my suggestion is, in this sub-forum, the questions is answered directly by admins to provide assurance to the users :D

Is this just for hardware questions? The admins aren't all computer specialists.

Perhaps we can have General F.A.Q and Hardware/Software F.A.Q in the sub forum to make it easier for users to look around

There's admin that's a computer specialist though, right?

Maybe to have stickied FAQ where few of the best people on here would co-op and write those down?

Through all the differences it is still perfection.

Any question about this site can be asked here.

I don't think a hardware/software FAQ section is needed. What can be done is a member who will be willing to conglomerate all the most asked hardware questions into one thread, specifically, Alienware hardware questions. BlazeGhost's Overclocking Thread should have addressed most questions. The new thread can be stickied in Hardware and people should check that out first.

I don't know if the admins have enough time to answer questions. We have a lot of hardware specialists here who are more than willing to share their knowledge.

Just need to click Add Reply once.

Maybe you're right, we can just have a dedicated thread for Hardware F.A.Q in Hardware Sub Forum instead of a dedicated sub forum for it. Do you think should I make it? I do have several questions that I'm unclear of myself frankly..

this was the first thing which came into my head when I joined here
but you should be able to find what you want with relative ease

Well if you have something in mind...Frequently asked questions that you would like to make an answer page for I say do it man. If you need a place for it I will gladly give you a page on my site that you could use to link people to it. If it's a thread it will likely get buried quickly unless you get it stickied. I do like the idea though...

I don't think we need it that much to be honest. Hardware questions normally range from issue to issue. General questions are normally related to ARP which can be found in the ARP 2.0. post.
