it records games but is only used for tournaments. It's not that hard to use a capture card on console or a recording device for PC. I don't see it needed no. But for tournaments it's helpful to make sure everything plays out fair and no cheats. And to watch replays during or after the tourney.

There's already a lot of editors all over youtube making movies and vids of BF3. It's not that hard to go online for a capture software...

Would be sick to make a video of some sick kills that I have gotten. Like 1 bullet 2 kills and 1 nade and 5 kills lol

Its very hard because you have to glitch the game or turn off the hood and drive in a growler looking sideways to get a good shot. Battle-recorder would be nice!

Or you glitch your computer ;) There's a Software developed by a japanese person that changes your monitor to a webcam so to speak. After that all you need is the recorder and your all set.
