so, i messaged this team to see what time was good for them. they never responded back to me but it turns out both of us got a forfeit loss when i was messaging them to see what time we could play. is that how it goes where both teams get FFLs instead of just one?

no normally theres a time that u autimatically get. and u can chance this dat/time by requesting the other team. if they dont answer u have to play on the automatically setted time. if the other team doesnt show up at that time and all 5 members of ur team are logged in in awa u can report them for ff. if both dont show up at the time u got both ff.

ah i guess we have to be logged onto the client? ok i will remember that next time then because i did message them in the match com, didnt know we had to be in the client also. tyvm

not onto the client. simply log in into alienware. on top near ur toolbars ull see the current match and can click on "check in" there u can after 15 mins after the estimated start time of the match report the enemy them buy clicking on "no show?"
