Take some good luck to get so high if you're playing alone. Just played with 3 disablers/tanks in team waiting for their whole team to first kill our carry then they initiate! that's the spirit.

if not i would make an account for the people there :P
btw is there an option of switching clients na - euw - eune without patching
i had seen that on dyrus stream once..he did that a few times without patchin tho

i gave up on solo rankings lol, the weight is too hard to carry. im stuck in 1100-1299 because nubs dont know how to play...

You need to patch each different server to play them, he might have already patched the one of the EU servers before logging in.
