I know they had the beta preview of SM for a while but it's now out in full release with a bunch of new options.
It looks like it might have a built in recording feature as well due to being able to time skip around a match.

Yeah I just saw. It's pretty awesome with the new controls and features, If only they had the feature to record it from there, then it'd be great! But that's hopefully something they'll add in the future.

I'm guessing that at the end of a match it'll be automatically saved to a server and a month or so from now when there's a huge archive built up we'll be able to replay them.
That's purely speculation though based on the fact that it's already being recorded to allow for time jumping.

this was known for awhile now since it was on the pbe. now I can finally watch theoddone with out streaming cause im on bandwidth.
streams gona go down x) maybe o.o
They expect streaming to keep going but for the majority to become shoutcasts as opposed to players streaming their own content, though that is likely to continue.

It took them some time, but it looks good. I'm glad it's finally coming out.
Yeah it took a while for the release, but it sounds good. It sucks you'll still have to have FRAPS running in the background to record the game you are viewing/playing, but its a step closer.
Cant wait for the final version to come out it looks so good.
