EDIT: your previous thread already got nuked. i did not realise this. And you still make a new one with the exact same content... For the past few days all you do is complaint about this certificate... So let me ask you a question. If you hate it here so much, why come here? I hate to be rude and unwelcoming, but i simply don't get your angle. I'm sure i'm not alone and your posts are useless and annoying...

I do not care. If you think an email will tell them, write it yourself. An expired certificate is a disgrace and a serious security issue. I can only hope most of you don't use the same username and password on any other site, because it will be abused if it stays like that.

Who do you think you are? Stay out of this thread if you don't like it, you are no mod - even if this forum is lacking mods many times to delete phishing scams or rip-offs. This will go on until the security issue has been resolved. Period.

I am a member of this forum and you are officially pissing me off. I don't have to be a mod to try and keep this forum nice and clean. We have a great community hear and we all do our part in making this a great place. If this certificate is so disturbing do yourself a favour and POST THIS THREAD IN THE CORRECT SECTION!!!! got it?

The reason why i am upset is because you are ignoring our comments. We asked you nicely to stop counting days as this will do no good. We also asked you to make this thread in the Site Bug Reports section as that is wehre this thread belongs. You chose to ignore us and, after your original thread got nuked, you made a new one, once again in the wrong section.

and btw, read my post again. i didnt mean i will write an email to Rippey about certificate. I will write one describing the situation with you annoying and ignoring us. The least you could do is move this thread in the correct section. Go ahead and do it and than have your little countdown over there

Cold, you're going to get really far with attitude like that on this forum. If you don't like the forum, click the X in the top right hand corner and don't come back onto it. We look for people who are polite and add meaning replies, not be a douche all the time.

I know the date thing may sound dumb man. But even just not having your PC time synchronized with internet time can cause this very problem. I haven't gotten any warnings about the site's certificate. If no one else has it may be something with your computer coldarchon.

Check your bios time and see that it matches your operating system time and check to see that Windows time is in sync with internet time. Just a suggestion.

In the previous topic which has been nuked by wannabe-mods like krishnoof SEVERAL other people mentioned they had this problem. And two even mentioned that KASPERSKY warned them about this site. But nevertheless people who are not into IT for 30 years like me, told me to ask nicely. The warning about KASPERSKY should have ringed a bell for those who spammed and finaley nuked the thread. Even definewikipedia posted information from Microsoft that malicious websites can abuse this. This issue is not being solved by telling me, it's not rocket science to understand this. I have written more than I wanted to waste my time on this, so by now I will just keep counting the days. Look man...I didn't read your previous posts. I don't really care. This really is in the wrong section. "All you people are wrong and I'm right" is never a good way to go. You can be hostile if you like but the proper way to go about this wold really be to E-Mail the administration.

What I mean is that if you find that the site's security is a risk then you should E-Mail administration. Send it to them repeatedly if you must. They have always been helpful and responsive. Actively trying to aggravate them...or the other members is really just counterproductive.

I was not trying to insult your intellect by the above post about time. I was really just trying to be helpful in a productive way. Even after not reading any of the prior posts I took a shot at trying to help...even if the solution sounded stupid. All things being equal the simplest answer is usually the best.

But like I said...I am not here to be abrasive. This is just obviously a sore spot for both you and everyone else, at least the way you're going about it. So to keep pushing it in this manner will only cause more problems. I know you're intelligent...I read your posts. But sometimes anger can cloud logical judgement.

I'm not angry, compared to the reactions of other long time members I don't see any emotional reaction in my posts. I did not insult anyone, unlike other members. I did not pretend to be mod, unlike other members.
On the contrary I asked nicely mods to delete threads of phishing scams, never happened. I asked nicely mods to delete rip-offs, never happened.
So I'm not asking nicely, nor aggressive, I'm just saying. I'm really just saying.

And no, there is no need for you guys to jump on the bandwagon and tell me what I have to do if you could just email those who you think need to know. And as none of you has an idea what an expired certificate means I'm out of here, we will see us on day 10.
