I got my pastes on ebay but i guess you could get it at bestbuy or your local computer store. ebay or amazon seems to be the easiest and pretty cheap
Awesome, been thinking about it and particularly IC Diamond seems to be really hard to come by in Canada. Then again I haven't looked extremely hard.
oh yeah, forgot about newegg. I also like that Arctic Silver paste removal thing. If you go to wilbys link its there. I used both cleaner and purifier, its pretty easy to clean the old paste with that stuff.
Of course you can just use some pur1 alcohol, it will do just fine.

How does Arctic Silver 5 compare to the pastes you have already mentioned?
@Krishnooof Can you explain Diesels method again I am a but confused.

IC Diamond is better but Arctic Silver is not bad either. As long as you will apply these both correctly you'll never notice the difference cus we are only talking about degree or two.

Thanks for the info, this is going to be the first thing I do after finals are over. Do you know if I could damage my laptop by hitting the temperatures I posted?

Nope. Nothing will reset. You will loose no data from HDD, unless you drop it while taking it out:P
High temperatures are one of the worst problems
I learnt that the hard way :/
