Awww No! My doggy! ='(

So yes, today I was brushing my teeth and I heard my dog squealing from downstairs. Then I heard my dad shouting and telling me an my sis to come down. When we got down, we saw a lot of blood drips everywhere! Right that moment, I got sooo fcken worried! We went outside and there were more puddles of blood. We tried to calm my dog down but she was breathing so hard and she felt softer than usual. Well luckily, we didn't have to take her to the Vets office and her paw stopped bleeding! ^^ This happened because my mom tried to trim her nails and she went a bit too close and that happened.

We've been with her for about 9 years now and we wont let her go so easily! So yes, if you have a dog, DONT TRIM THE NAIL NEAREST TO ITS BODY!! The one on the bottom, and for some other dogs, the one on the wrist-ish dog part!

It takes 47 muscles to frown,and 17 to smile.. It only takes 3 to end a life.. One shot, one kill.

Yes, you have to be very careful when trimming your dog's nails. Their veins go into the toenails. The Pedipaws pet nail trimmers work really well. You have to get your pet used to the product, but it is designed to NOT trim the nails too far.

Aww poor pooch! Glad to hear all is ok. I am with kinglone on that forboding sense I was reading about some horrible accident that had a very bad ending. I agree too; either get a professional to trim the dog's nails or get one of those clipping tools that make it impossible to cut to the quick.

I actually do have a real life, I just don't remember what the password to it is...
