What kind of headphones do you game with?
So ive tried many different types of headphones through the years. Ive been both pc and console player and needed something that would double for both. At first, when i had just started, it was a SOCOM II headset for the PS2. Then it turned into a USB plug and play for PS2 and PC. Then i went separate directions, a usb plug and play for both. then it turned into a bluetooth headset, and a logitech g33 headset for pc.
So now, as I have grown with gaming on both platforms, I have also grown in the area of headphones. My latest addition to my headset family is a Astro A40 gaming headset. I LOVE this headset. works great for PC and Console gaming. I always had a 5.1 surround sound system for console gaming and can hear EVERYTHING, but once you strap yourself in with a 7.1 and play, its like night and day.

That Astro Headset looks beautiful, and I was going to get it, but then friends of mine who had gotten them for competitive play had some issues and I went with the cheaper (but still great quality), Tritton's.

I have the alienware Tactx headphones, but I actually prefer these cheap, 10 dollar ear-buds I got awhile ago that are actually for a cellphone. They just sound better, clearer and louder *shrugs*
I actually do have a real life, I just don't remember what the password to it is...

I use earbuds as well, and always have. The only problem with them is that they always seem to break after about a year. I've gone through SO many pairs of earbuds over the past few years... I'm thinking about buying headphones, even though I don't really like them.

Gamecom Plantronics 367. A cheap headset, however the sound quality is decent with a nice bass. They are also VERY comfortable. The other day i had them on for 5-6h straight. My ears were only a little warm, thats all. And i wear glasses
