I got my Ne HP server for demo today!



So HP sent me their new DL-380 G8 for demo today and check this, this bad boy came with:
• 768gb of MOMORY!!
• Dual 8 Core processors
I don’t think there is anything I cannot do with this thing! Im going to see how many VMs I can run at one time!!

768gb of momory. I like that. You fire up your pc and it keeps asking you when your going to settle down with a 'nice' girl and get a real job like your brother. Also a haircut ^_^

Thanx Wilby! yeah like the thread title says, Its a new Server. HP has not released them yet but they sent me one so I can stress test it. It boots POST in 10 seconds!! Which is amazing! I am running a VM SQL server on it right now but I am going to pack this thing down with as many Virtual Machines as I can. I will ost some bench marks for it soon.

Gosh, and you've got two of em. That's definitely something powerful! Wish I got a chance to test some of these machines. Blow my mind away they will...
