Yeah! I'm going to rage on Origin even though I've never used it!!!
I'm afraid that EA might get a lot of negative feedback from Steam loyalists... I'm keeping out of this one, of course, because I've never used Origin.

I don't really use Origin but I could easily throw a few comments in on EA as a whole.
Haha I need to look at this when I get from school.
Hate. That's all I have to say.
LOL like most of you have said I really dont use Origins... I only use it for BF3. Other than BF3 EA is terrible.
If Origin wants to compete with Steam, it needs to have more games.
definewikipedia said: If Origin wants to compete with Steam, it needs to have more games.Yeah this is defaintly true. Steam is still better in my mind.
I don't like Steam one bit. I signed up with them a few months back, and downloaded TF2 (all 10GB of it). I was trying to get in contact with some people who I knew played TF2, but alas, I was not able to add friends, or even SEND MESSAGES!
I tried and tried to get Steam to change my account's available options, but since I hadn't actually "purchased" anything off of Steam for money, I was limited to an account with barely any functionality. According to Steam, it's their way of "preventing spammers" and whatnot.
This pissed me off to no end, and now they'll never get a cent from me. Ever.

I like the interface, but it's hard to be a part of a community that's not there. Origin in my opinion is purely a launcher tool.
I never use Origen but I know that they should stuck with what works ... Steam

why EA split from steam. read this if you have NO IDEA why EA left steam and made Origin in the first place. And maybe this will lighten things up on Origin a little to know it was valves fault on this not EA's.
I for one simply don't care who was at fault. Appointing blame to the "origin" of Origin doesn't make them any better. And it doesn't change the fact that Steam is better by leaps and bounds. That will be the unanimous consensus no matter how many times we have that discussion.
But to keep with the topic...the reason I made this thread, was simply to inform people that EA will be asking you all for your opinions. Good or bad. This thread was not created to have the Steam vs EA discussion again. So reserve your opinions for EA...they want to hear what you have to say.
