I think that robots are more likely then zombies myself. Hopefully neither happens though.
I remember there being a book that was about a zombie AND robot apocalypse occuring at the same time, I want to say it was called zombies v. robots v. humans, or something like that. It was a comic, but it was definately interesting.

Robots wont do something they are not programmed to do. If someone intentionally made a robot that possess its own AI and it can write its own code then, huston, we have a problem. But I think most robot programmers will create fail safes just in case the robot tries to think on its own. Plus, robots cant work forever. Either they run out of power or they run out of oil or lubrication xD
