A rather ambiguous question, maybe you can be more specific about what "stuff" means? If you go to the home page there is a "Giveaways" tab. There is also a monthly drawing using the ARP you gain from forum activity during the month. Some people are also nice enough to offer free games and items on the forums once in a while.
