Anybody know when the next one is coming out and what it will be? I know it is just a short time since the last one but it was mainly an expansion (Shoguns 2: Fall of the Samari) Just wondering

Maybe they are remaking rome?
There is a chance seeing as they remake both shogun and mediveal

A Mediveal remake would be really cool

Since they already remade Medieval once, i could really see Rome being the next one. Also considering how popular Rome was.

What ever era it is...I will get it. :)

I believe the next total war game will be Rome 2 total war, but i`m not entirely sure.

shogun 2 is soo damn hard....how do you guys play it! i lose everytime i try playing it

Never played it myself, but always thought about it. Has awesome reviews, and very good gameplay from what I've seen

I'm with you on this one. It always seems like when I have a full fledged assault out on someone some other country (that I might have an alliance with) attack me from my weak side

I personally think the next total war game will be an original one, likely set in the WW1 era.

Why do i think this? well mostly its based on the new things they were testing in shogun 2 especially around naval combat.

No matter what age the next one will be set in im getting it tho :)

I really hope they do, I've been waiting for them to come out with a game set in a modern era

But every game they have come out with is pure gold so no matter what I'm going to play the hell out of it
