I would rate mine a 8 and 8, it a newer neighborhood, most of people are really nice, a troublesome neighbor kid that has broke into house and such other then that it is pretty nice.
I'll give mine a 10 in terms of security and 9 on the people. The only real problem I have here with the people is that they aren't that friendly, and they get jealous of things very easily although they are some of the wealthiest people around in an overall very wealthy county.
About a 5 and a 5. Used to be 8's but neighborhood has declined in only 3 years it sucks.

I would rate them 1 and 1. Let's just say it can probably be a map in Battlefield 3 lol jk...maybe.
3-4. Meth bust the other night and drunk people in the hallway this morning. (I live in an appartment building)
7 for security and 9 for the people, I guess. It's kinda quiet here so yeah.

2. Retarded neighbors and neighborhood, no Hardware store near me, no normal store near me. Old grandmas that are 1 minute from dying. 2

3 on the neighborhood, there is a pill dealer two houses down and two questionable neighbors live next to her plus another drug house down the hill and a few other houses with cars coming and going at all hours of the night

8, I think. Would be 9, but there were break-ins in the neighborhood a couple of years ago. Nothing recent to worry about though.
