the 15 min Lvl 7 window was actually 5 hours, then randomly, i think 28 min, went off with no keys avail

Anyways steven the window for the level 7 was misinform it got extended to 5 hours than 15 around the 4 hour mark the window vanish, which result in people who where camping the giveaway immediately receiving a key.
so the people that thought to come back around 5 hours where kind of burn

I can see how those under lvl 7 would be extremely unsatisfied, the lvl 7 window was suppose to be 15 minutes, but ended up being 5 hours and 10 minutes long. And then after the giveaway was suppose to be over they released the keys, after people were expecting to wait 5 hours or so.

I got my key(thanks again AWA I am 4/4 on game giveaways) so no complaints from me, but I can see how others could be frustrated.

The solution: get to lvl 7!

No, they were released and those that were f5'ing for an hour got them.

Yeah there were a few bugs with the window timer. The window appeared to be open for about 2-3 minutes for level 7s only before the keys populated, which is not biggie but a bit misleading since it appeared they had been snatched up already; but the biggest problem people are mentioning is that the timer showed a countdown of just over 5 hours for the window.

This is compounded by the fact that the timer didn't reach 0 before the keys were released.

I can only imagine how frustrating it is to put on a promotion like this and have things not work out according to plan, leading to a wave of complaints from those you are trying to reward and for that you have our sympathy and gratitude. I hope these issues will not prevent you guys from doing this again; especially now that we know the timer does work but just needs some adjustments.
