The final shipment of parts have come in. I have set aside 8 hours tomorrow morning to piece it together, and hopefully by this time tomorrow, I will have my first ever gaming computer up and running!
If any of you have forgotten/weren't here for my previous posts (a few months ago), here are the specs:
-Cooler Master HAF X chassis
-8GB DDR3 1600 G.SKILL Ripjaws RAM
-EVGA GeForce GTX 670 (Factory Overclocked)*
-Intel Core i5-3570K Processor
-Gigabyte G1.Sniper 3 Motherboard
I have decided that I'm not going to video the building process for this one, because 1. I don't have a cameraman and 2. Being my first build, I don't want to have my attention anywhere else besides on the building process. However I've already recorded an unboxing of my GTX 670 and after the computer is built I will be posting a review video including benchmarks with the card.
Needless to say, I'm very excited, haha!

Congraulations man! Building a computer for the first time is addicting. Time flies by and you don't wanna stop doing it until it's done. :P

Be sure to try and do cable management as best as you can (there are tutorials/videos for it), and please do post pictures of the internals and externals of the final built computer! :)

i dont get it why does everyone have the Haf X case (to include me) it came highly recomended from the guy who got the parts for me when i built my desktop. I just never asked him why that specific case. And while im browsing on craigslist lookin at random stuff ppl are selling their computers and i notice the same case.

Yeah i'll upgrade...eventually...when I can't upgrade my awesome older Area-51 X58! Only thing I can't upgrade (with a decent upgrade at least) is USB 2.0 ~ 3.0 (There are add-on cards but they have horrible reviews) and Sata 6gb/s (Same horrible reviews). There isn't much I need both those for, maybe the fastest speeds on an SSD but I can't really afford an SSD yet anyways. Awesome specs though, makes me nostalgic for building a pc, which I haven't done in nearly 5 years!

What can I say? It's an awesome case.... with a 230mm fan! You don't see those around every day!
