Hello guys can anyone tell me how it is possible to find that skin? im lvl 5 on NA name Cardiel NA and i started playing this game because i like that skin and i want to become an expert with sivir.thx :) whoever wants can add me :D

Can only get them on Ebay, unless you went to the PAX event and got one personally. Pretty cool skin though, I have seen it in game many times.

so there is nochance to take it from anywhere else right?cause i havent got any paypal or smthin :S i can only buy paysafe

I think you should be able to pay with paysafe...
