I just recently got this game for 5 dollars on steam. None of my friends currently have it and I have nobody to really show me the ropes.. Whats the best Gametype?

I think you should first play Single Player. Just get a hang of how to play first. The mechanics and all that. Then eventually, start going after all the other modes.

After you finish the main game, go play the fantastic custom campaigns like Dead Before Dawn, or One Nine Eye

Yeah I'd go with singleplayer first so you don't let down your team in multiplayer or something :P no real penalty for dying so hey, just go for it.

That applies to all competitive gaming communities. 12 year olds especially in FPSes.

This is L4D2 on PC. Only people that aren't nice are playing consoles. Thats where all the little immature kids play. :)

I picked up a copy yesterday, PC folks really are nicer then console folks.
