Anyone else thinking that the Red is too hard?

If i use Red on the whole M17x, the Alienware text just strikes hard into my eyes :/

I have Terra green for my touchpad and the control pannel+alienware text below the screen. For my keys I have a mixture of green, orange and red, and the colors slowly transition across the keyboard in the same order. My numberpad blends to all the colors. Kinda complex but eh.

Purple, because its a great color. Softest of the bright colors and the brighest of the dark colors. It neither shifts your attention nor underwhelms.
Purple is a perfected balance of dark and light cold and hot.
My Razer Naga epic has purple lights too.
I;ve been using a purple backlit keyboard for over 3 years now.
