Shadirack, Fallen Earth will be one of the most engaging and entertaining MMO's you'll play. Its player base is currently fluctuating a fair bit due to a lot of older players going inactive until the game is expanded again (coming soon too). They'll almost certainly return in waves since the game is moving from strength to strength. Give it time, and remember that not everything is as straightforward as it may first appear (dont play thinking of being a "class" ... your char will do best developing in whichever direction you enjoy playing (there is no "class" really). Hope you at least try it and have fun.

Think Ultima Online beefed up with new functions and in the apocalypse...that kind of free game world

Fallen Earth is the greatest mmo i've ever played.. Played during beta and still play now.. it doesnt have the player base that WoW has, which is really nice. You actualy have a chance to get to know other players, as well as get to know GM's. i talk with GM's every day actually. Support is great, and yes, content is lacking right now, but we should be getting a huge content patch in feb, and the rest to follow by early spring
