what do you mean by "imba"?

by playing too good with other gamers or lets just say that ur level of playing DotA is way too far from them....that makes u an imba or ur way too weak than other players playing with u...

imba = imbalance something that not balance
Imba in Dota is referred to heroes which are imbalanced in the sense that they are very strong or powerful by natural.
For instance, Ursa Warrior. I think this hero is really imba especially 3rd skill

You dont really become IMBA the hero is already that way however just because they are overpowered if used improperly then they still might not be good. As everyone else said IMBA is just unbalaced and overpowered
