Either Star Wars Republic Commando, or any of the Hitman Series.
The one I played through the most was probably Contra III on the SNES. Either that or TMNT IV: Turtles in Time for the SNES. I used to play through those start to finish atleast once every 2 days.
MK2 is pretty close to tying them though.
In the last 10 years though, the only game that I could NOT put down was Star Wars Galaxies: Pre-NGE. I used to love that game until they noobified (it may not have been a word before now but behold! There it is!!) the thing into obsolesence.
