Thats odd. I would attempt reinstalling Direct X 9.

You can do it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en

Right click on the exe program and click properties > compatibility

then check "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"

Then scroll down and choose "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"

It might say "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)"

After you click "OK" right click on the same icon and choose "Run as Administrator"

Just an option, not entirely sure if it'll be your answer.

Now that Windows 7 is fully released, you should have no issues using it with the client.

WOW. Well i just installed Windows 7. I upgraded from Vista Business 64. I have had not one issue.

Im running CoD: World at War, Far Cry, Battlefield 2142, and Assassins Creed 1 with not one issue so far.

I hope that you can figure out whats going on man.

When your system does work thought you will never go to another company i Promise you that.

Alienware ROCKS!!!
