how to use a sixaxis controller to play with my m11x?

Page 1 of 2 1 2
I asked google first and I found a couple of programs that were supposed to get the work done but I didn't succeed, I know ps3 controllers have bluetooth so it has to be possible, the question is how?
note: my ps3 controllers are sixaxis not dualshock3 maybe this has something to do with my problem but don't know...

I finally get it to work correctly via usb with DS3 Tool and a driver i got from motionplay, I followed the steps on this link http://www.motioninjoy.com/help/sixaxis-dualshock-3-connecting-usb and I got sixaxis to work even the accelerometers; it also worked via bluetooth but for some reason I didn't like the responsivity of the control so I use it via usb but for me its ok I mean I don't play 3 meters away of my computer

did you have to delete the old bluetooth drivers to get it to work? i seem to have alot of compatibility issues trying to get wireless to work. i have internal bluetooth too.

and the heavens shall tremble...

Oh shoot. I have to give this a try. I would love to use my Ps3 controller on some PC games.

I'm not creative, so this is what I came up with...

No I didn't delete or overwrite the original bluethooth driver; the program to configurate the control has an option called bluethoot pair

Ive done it before using the DS3 tool that i found and it works except you have to give buttons certain keys. :) But yeah it works.

Yeah youtube have tutorials that teach you how to use your controller with you pc or laptop and tend to work majority of the time.
