For those of you who know the city, what hot spots to you recommend our travelers check out while in Sydney?
Well, the Opera House and the Harbour bridge are two popular things, they are both in close vicinity ofeach othertoo.
Bondi Beach and bondi junction mall, Circular quay/darling harbour, bars and clubs around darlinghurst/kings cross
personally i think itwouldbe good for some time to do whatever...roam the city and get to know everyone in the tournament. my 2 cents
Sydney Acquarium and the IMAX theatre maybe...nearest train station is Town Hall.
Will spectators be allowed inside to watch the finals?
The Rocks - incorporated with Circular Quay.. for Old Sydney town, the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge as well as some **** fine pubs.
Darling Harbour/Cockle Bay/King St Wharf for a Wander - Chinese Gardens if you're interested and Sydney Aquariam.
Pitt St Mall/George St - for some shopping.
For City Beaches, go to none other than Bondi, Bronte or Coogee. Catching a ferry to Manly however, isn't a bad way to take in the World's Best Harbour and all the sights associated with it.
If you're really keen, head to Watsons Bay and check out the South Head and the Gap.
For a bit of trendy culture, be sure to check out Surry Hills and Paddington. This goes for pubs, bars and restaurants too.
If you're looking for some real late night debauchery follow the Coke Sign to Kings Cross and go wild :D
If you're into Animals - Taronga Zoo.
If you're into the Bush and Wilderness - the Blue Mountains.
do we have time to do any of that??
