- Click the Use a Serial Code link.
- (a) If you purchased the game from a retail store, type the 20-digit serial code in the spaces provided or (b) If you purchased the serial code through your NCsoft master account, select the serial code you wish to use from the Purchased Serial Codes section.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- Choose whether you would like to CREATE a new account, ACTIVATE an existing account, or UPGRADE an existing account.
