I unlocked the the Icon, at the Redeem site in the HoN page but how can I put it so to be active? :/ When I entered in HoN (game) I checked my "Open Vault" but I didnt found the icon there :( can u help me how to activate it please?

A couple of users are having issues with the account icon being available right away, but they eventually got the icons added to their accounts after a few minutes to an hour+.
