We’re back! We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to our recent site outage. We have made some changes to the way some site elements work so if you encounter unusual issues please let us know so that we can correct them immediately. On a related note, we will be transitioning over to a more powerful hosting solution for Alienware Arena within the next couple of weeks to provide you with even faster service.

I found this quite frustrating (and I'm sure you guys did as well, but for different reasons). I have been having trouble with one of the beta keys given our here and I was emailing back and forth with a rep from the Game Studio about it and I couldn't get on here to get the specific code. Now that the site is back up my Alienware laptop doesn't work (long story short = technician broke it).

Meh, I'm glad the site is back up and that there's a spare computer (albeit slower) that I can use to access it.

If actions speak louder than words, why is the pen mightier than the sword?
