My code isn't working either.

Everyone is correct, it doesn't work. I registered through the proper link and followed the code instructions and was never even given an opportunity to enter the code, even trying Esc after entering Horus.

Please include a tutorial or better yet, let us simply enter our account info somewhere so that they can be updated so whene we next log-in we have the starter pack.

there are people who it worked for, it seems like alot of the codes are broken I've run into about 20 people roughly that have the mount and are lvl 45 already the second they came into the game...

Any1 also get the, "You are not allowed to redeem codes. Please, contact technical support" message?

Yes, I created an account following the link (after creating one not knowing to follow the link) and now receive the same "error" when entering the code. Anyone get this resolved yet?

Well I wanted to try out the game with this booster pack, but after screwing up and creating an account the "wrong way". After I created it the "right way" I've been unable to redeem the code with the error given in the couple posts right before mine.

So I attempted to contact support, but apparently my account does not have support access for whatever reason. After looking around trying to figure out what I've done wrong, I think it's just a bit too many hoops to jump through at this point. If they really wanted us to try the game, this stuff wouldn't be a problem for this long.

No need to insult people by posting that...we're saying we tried that and it wont work....I've tried e-mailing them the ticket went through but i can't view it as they have no way to set up a support account(RO owners)....

Any1 else like the fact that they don't respond to support tickets?

In the mean time I am going to try out forsaken worlds since I have a key to apply to it as well. Regnum sounded cool for the RvR PVP possibilities, but the more I think about it since the code only applies to one character... Without prior knowledge it's hard to say which class you'd enjoy playing.

yeah, it's not working. I even made another Alienware account to get another code. It's annoying...

this game needs better support

whenever i click get key it always says "we ran out of keys! check back later in case we get more!". is there anyway i can get an email or something that tells me when they get more keys?

This is nothing but a gigantic scam on the Regnum Online developers' side. Not only do they not allow you to register Alienware codes ("This account cannot redeem codes.") but when attempting to get support the only response given is "We don't support the new Alienware giveaway."

Remember to register in the Horus world. The code only works in Horus.

getting not allowed to redeem codes errors, no idea how the games peice of **** support system works, the game has no minimap, can't point and click to move, no totural anywhere, no help on the forum because they all think the giveaway has expired months ago, they still over 7000 keys left, what does that tell you? This game might be worth it if the codes work, because ypou can instantly jump into what the game is good at, which is only PVP, somehow messed up everything else. This game makes one hell of a first impresion, no wonder why it is so small and no one has heard of it.

it wont let me either. it tells me im not allowed? and to contact support.... and i could not find the right page for that. and i just made a new char on horus

Alienware Arena pls give us an update on this key giveaway, if it is over tell us, some of us will forgive you and NGD Studios, not sure where the misunderstanding was, just do not make this a habit and remove the key giveaway if it is no longer valid, I got a Regnum and Forsaken World key thanx.
