RIFT Weekend Competition #3 Winners

Congratulations to the winners of the second weekend's competition and to all those that participated there's always next time.

This weekend's grand prize winner was: Neraren (Neraren on Seastone)

He will be receiving the following prize package:

  • One GeForce GTX460 768 MB Graphics Card
  • One RIFT Beanie
  • One RIFT Hardcover Graphic Novel signed by members of the development team.

Our four runner-up winners are:

1. razorXwire (Haels on Silkweb)

2. arider88 (Stringbean on Dayblind)

3. kolah (Kolah on Wolfsbane)

4. Maegan (Scarlett on Gnarlwood)

Each of these runner-up winners will be receiving a $50 Dell Gift Card.

If you didn't win, don't worry, your closed rift points will still be entered into the grand prize drawing. The Grand Drawing will take place once we receive the scores from the PvP Weekend.

WTF.... I closed over 10..... This is bogus. First it takes over 2 weeks to announce winners, then they cant keep track right!!!!

Action needs to be taken immediately..... I would hate for it to be me that needs to take it.

ya i know how you feel! it kept all mine up until this one and i definitely closed them :/ unless there was something special you had to do but i read the rules a few times and didnt see any restrictions.

If I remember correctly, Trion may have their own way of indicating whether or not a rift counted towards your rift closures... such as lvl of participation and lvl of rift (if it is green etc.) I know this has been bugged on their part in the past...where guilds weren't getting credit for rift closures. Maybe something similar happened here. In either case it is not Alienware that is responsible for the tallies... but Trion, who provides the number to Alienware to report.

Oh... and gratz to the winners. >.<

I understand this, but it does not change the fact that it is an issue that needs to be resolved, I think it could also have something to do with the time its taking them to get the data, as I did mine the first day and they did not count...
