I'm not exactly sure what you mean by faulty fabrication. If you encounter an issue with an Alienware system you simply call their hotline and speak with a technician over the phone to attempt to repair the issue, if they can't solve the issue over the phone they will repair it with shipping both ways. I had an issue with my charger and dell gladly sent me a new charge free of charge and a shipping label to return the faulty charger in. If this is a defect in the system there should be no charge. This service is referring to maximizing performance for the masses of people with the money to buy a system but not the brains to work a game. I believe the phrase is "Skill doesn't come with money." This comment will definitely hold true when it comes to high end computer systems like an Alienware.

Hm...They do charge, but at least they have a service in place to help. Not a lot (if any at all) of companies do things like this, or at least this in-depth anyway. Kudos for at least putting a service like this in place. Plus, at least they won't charge you if they can't fix the issue. I guess it just depends on how costly the services are.

Really anxious to looking into the free PC health check feature. For all I know, as long as you use a certain game account that can be used on behalf of a private cloud, things are safer. However, I must confess I appreciate your idea of taking extra caution measures against possible threats.
