Anyone remember gameboy games for £20 ea?

I'm afraid this is the way it's doing to get. I remember times when games were cheap yes. But no I will never stop buying games or consoles because games get more expensive. It's only natural. Apart from economic crysis, alot of work goes into making these games. Added to this is the fact that we gamers are more demanding each and every day. We consume content like never before. This forces the developers to adapt, make content better, longer. This costs alot of money. Anyway I wouldn't price all games just yet. But yes I will still buy games for consoles.

Yes ofcourse I won't be able to buy as many games as I used to, but hey I'd rather be able to buy games than not having them released at all due to money issues. Can't remember how many times some of my favorite sequals got cancalled/delayed alot because of money issues.

the game looks realy cool but $100? thats crazy im happy i like all the cheap games on steam

Im going to stick with my PC no matter what,Greed will be the down fall...

looks like your out of luck becuase the are

I wouldn't freak out yet until prices are confirmed. These games are still in development and haven't even gone gold yet and the systems themselves aren't even close to be released. Console games are already naturally more expensive than PC games (which are admittedly over priced) so going up another $40 in price for games isn't a smart business move considering that the games CAN be cheaper. Remember when NEO-GEO games were $200? Game prices today are actually cheaper than they were a long time ago. I remember spending $60 on Tekken 2 on the PSone! Well.. my dad did, but you get my point.

This will be the "nickel and dime" console generation, im gald im not playing them or buying them. By the time you pay for the console the peripherals the subscription fees then the cost of new games you could have built yourself a beast pc and gotten a monitor (or use your tv) and then install steam and enjoy paying next to nothing for quality games. And for all the people thinking Sony isnt going to jump on board the used game thing your dead wrong because its the devs and pubs who want that and if sony doesnt follow suit all of those good games will be on xbox one.
