I completed the survey on my computer - it opens in a separate window to answer and then I received ARP. Could not get it to credit on my phone

You shouldn't even need to fill it out to get the ARP, just need to open the page for it. Maybe try opening the survey page and then reloading the control center a few times and see if it gives it to you. I have to do it twice sometimes.

<mention>666satanico</mention> Left click and ctrl should do it. (middle mouse I have been told is the same as that combo) Don't use right click. If that don't work, may be an adblocker or setting messing with it.

You get ARP just for clicking the link to the survey. Completing it does not give you extra.
