see the pinned announcement, we have had to make a significant structural update to how we call valve given the information. Be at peace knowing that points are still being registered, and we'll compensate any missing arp after the update

If you disconnected your Steam account, you destroyed any time that was 'waiting' for processing though. You need to have played a fresh hour since reconnecting, independantly of the current global issue.

grrr...same here. CYOG isn't counting up but all the other steam quests are, usually within 12h
